the location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful oasis that provided a much-needed escape from the pressures of everyday life. the tatami room was spacious and accommodated my family of four comfortably. the traditional onsen baths were a highlight, and the attentive staff made sure we felt at ease during our first-time experience. it was a delightful retreat with impeccable Japanese hospitality.

I did notice that there was a minor issue with one aspect of the hotel's facilities.

The hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery offering a calm setting to relax and enjoy nature. the private outdoor hot tub was amazing, and so was the breakfast buffet that was included in the stay. the eggs benedict were to die for!

The crowd was overwhelming during Easter and it took too long to check-in. the hotel was understaffed, which resulted in poor service - we had to wait an hour for towels.
